La  exposición  “La  música  y  la  luz”  está  compuesta  por  un  par  de  series  que  he  desarrollado  desde  inicios  de  2009  hasta  finales  de  2010. La primera serie que titulo “La música en las manos” está compuesta principalmente por retratos en forma de acercamientos a manos sobre instrumentos musicales. De esta forma, hago énfasis en el trabajo arduo que implica dominar un instrumento musical. La segunda serie está compuesta por paisajes del Estado de Sonora realizados en: Bahía de Kino, Pesqueira, Cajón del Comaquito, San José Moradillas, Baviácora, Oquitoa, Tubutama y El Pinacate. Realizar fotografía creativa de paisaje tiende a ser algo más bien elusivo debido a la cantidad de elementos que tienen coincidir en un momento dado. Espero que estas fotografías sean de su agrado. The exhibition “La música y la luz” (the music and the light) is based on a couple of series developed from the beginning of 2009 through the ending of 2010. The first series, titled “La música en las manos” (the music in the hands) is mostly composed of portraits in the form of close-ups to hands over musical instruments. By this, I focus on the hard work that implies the mastering of a musical instrument. The second series is composed of landscapes from the State of Sonora made in: Bahía de Kino, Pesqueira, Cajón del Comaquito, San José Moradillas, Baviácora, Oquitoa, Tubutama and El Pinacate. To make creative landscape photography tends to be something elusive due to the quantity of elements that have to coincide at one time. I hope that these photographs will be to your liking.
